Returns & Refunds
We have a 7 day, no-questions-asked return policy for all books and sports goods
sold on www.dobazaar.com subject to the condition
of the product returned. The final decision will, however, be at the discretion
of the management but as always, at Dobazaar, we promise to be fair in our judgement.
Products* will be refunded in full at the purchase price of the customer in case
of any of the below circumstances (all charges for the refund will be borne by Dobazaar)
:
1. Unable to procure product within 15 days
2. Lost in Transit
3. Product different from the product ordered
The settlement of the refund will be affected in the following billing cycle from
the date of application (roughly 30-40 days)
* Due to operational challenges, the below products are non refundable. Should there
be a mechanical defect, the product shall be replaced for you free of charge

Refunds for event tickets and travel attractions are subject to organizer terms
and conditions and may vary on a case to case basis.
